Our seven-member Board of Directors is elected by the active members annually. It currently includes single-vessel owner/operators, multi-vessel owners, active and lease-only members, seafood dealers, and commercial fishing advocacy interests.
The sector manager has thirty years experience in New England’s seafood industry as a fisherman, processor and dealer, fish auction buyer and seller, and facility and vessel manager. He has extensive experience with federal fishery policy.
We work within the lawful boundaries of the sector management system while promoting increased quota utilization and a government responsive to fishermen’s expertise and needs.
